Political and Social uses of EMF
Environmental Health is breaking new ground integrating the effects of external electromagnetic fields in our environment, with how it affects the electromagnetic fields within the human body. This is an area of environmental health and ecology which has heretofore been isolated in the past.
Since electromagnetic pollution or smog can cause confusion, the study of its consequences upon on human psychology, social systems, and politics have only begun. It is now becoming accepted that those who have a well organized subtle self organizing energy field (SOEF) feels more secure and empowered than those whose nervous systems and energy fields are disrupted or disturbed. The former group tends toward egalitarian societies while the latter group tends toward authoritarian, hierarchical, and even toward totalitarian relationships, social structures, organizations, societies and politics. Thus the elimination of disruptive and disorganizing electrical "noise" can lead to more clarity, self confidence, and a healthier and more just society in general while electrical pollution can be a causative agent in the creation of authoritarian, totalitarian, and other similar structures which cede authority to an external loci of control, authority, order, or other wise habitually demand loyalty, dependence, and obedience upon external environmental systems of control and order (like a security state, authoritarian rule, etc). In short, when the inner ecology/environment is disrupted and confused then the individual seeks order externally in authoritarian systems who for the most part are only to glad to serve the slave's needs.
Thus to summarize, random EMF produces what is commonly called electrosmog, electronic pollution or sometimes pink noise and yes it does disrupt the nervous system. Although intentionally coherent electronic signals can be used for healing and diagnosis, it can also be used intentionally to harm.
Those people who are not attuned to their own energy bodies, inner ecology, and matrices and thus do not know how to adjust, regulate, or increase its vibratory rate consciously, either have to depend on a very healthy and INTACT unconscious intelligence (instinct/intuition) or if that mechanism has become constrained through negative conditioning, then such people will suffer the most from electronic pollution. These victims often act as addicts in withdrawal, seeking out the electronic smog as an allergic/addictive reaction – being able to regulate their dosage while feeling familiar and comfortable in their malaise.
For example, acting as an external loci of authority and control, the TV set, radio, or other electronic or external signaling device is thus commonly sought out as an external source of neurological regulation/alignment to replace the innate self regulation (SOF) mechanism which has become demeaned or depreciated. Thus an internally self regulated person might seek out the breath, the earth’s pulse, nature's signals, the inner wisdom, internal energy resonators e.g., chi, prana, marmas, chakras, meridians, or other natural life force grounding and centering mechanisms such that are found in healthy biosocial organisms. But the "normal" overly objectified and externalized abstracted person has no such intact natural mechanism to rely upon (or else it severely dissociated or inhibited). Thus the dissociated or inhibited personality maintains a sense of order (albeit ersatz, compensatory, and neurotic) according to their own addictive pattern by obtaining operating orders, instructions, or directives from specific qualitative characteristics of the electronic smog signaling devices which substitute as a coarse re-orientation anchor. Often the actual information doesn't have to be transmitted, but only a reminder signal, a memory, indicator, or symbolic representation such as frequently found in PTSD victims suffice.
The more separated the individual becomes from their natural healing state (innate creative/evolutionary place in the creator/creation cycle) the more they will seek security and compensation neurotically. Of course TV, radio, sports, and entertainment serve well in this regard, but this nonsensical addictive behavior/habit can be as insensate as smoking a cigarette, drinking a beer, turning on a blank screen TV, opening up a refrigerator door and being bombarded with EMFS, standing in front of a leaky microwave, or other unconscious acts of self induced dysregulation which has a secondary calming effect because it is familiar and deadens one's sensitivity to pre-existing pain. .
We will not go into great detail here on PTSD or PTSS, other than to say that the above addictive mechanism can be made analogous to some one who has become habituated/adapted to a skewed/tilted boat. Having adjusted to the skew, such a tilt has become "normal" and expected. If the boat righted itself, then the adapted person would wobble and spin out. Thus one becomes accustomed (habituated and conditioned) to the adaptation (tilt) while the feeling of being upright is new and often frightening once one has built their universe/world view around it.
Such instances of dysregulation depend upon the generation of external fields of control and authority in traumatized victims, dysregulation of the Self, alienation from our innate cellular Subtle Self Organizing Energy Fields (SOEFs), our innate ability to know intuitively and instinctively by communing directly with the innate evolutionary life force potential within all of nature (within ourselves as part of nature). This points to the same conclusion; i.e., that when the biopsychic organism's innate natural connections are disturbed, disrupted, blocked, or negatively affected through negative programming/conditioning, then external ersatz mechanisms of control or authority providing a compensatory but neurotic (incomplete) adaptive mechanism of security then can become habitual Please see the work of Allan N. Similarly Rupert Sheldrake's ideas on morphic field resonance also affirm that when the innate indigenous state becomes dissociated or split off, then ersatz neurotic compensation is sought. Gabriel Cousens also maintains a similar view with what he calls our innate connection with Subtle Self Organizing Energy Fields). Also Stan Grof, MD, John Pierrakos, MD (Core Energetics), Bessel Van der Kolk, MD, Larry Dossey, MD., Joanna Macy, John Seed and other Wholistic doctors, Deep Ecologists, Green psychologists, and advocates of ecological medicine work along these same lines.
Of course Chinese medicine , Ayurvedic medicine, wholistic medicine, Shamanism, and indigenous medical systems have been saying this for millennia. Daniel Goleman has written extensively in depth on the neurotic disease process and role of denial, guilt, demonization, and the rise of demagoguery and eventual obedience to and dependence upon external systems of manipulation and authority that are supported by internally programmed (conditioned) mechanisms within such victims.
In short when people are well grounded in their indigenous and innate natural rhythms and mechanisms -- rooted in natural wholesome systems of order and meaning which is in tune with nature and the evolutionary creative life force, then they are far less likely to be subject to PTSS, external systems of control, demagoguery, or mind manipulation.
However once the individual has become stripped of her/his own inner wisdom and authority (their connection with their true nature or God nature), that state of spiritual self alienation alienates, abstracts, and strips one of their deep innate meaningful inherent order, self confidence from which a true sense of security, empowerment and sense of belonging in nature, in the body, and the greater community of All Our Relations can occur. Thus one is ripe for external manipulation. Throughout the millenniums demagogues and exploiters have manipulated these people's confusion for selfish purposes in their need for control, power, or material over compensation for a sacred lack/absence which forever will defy fulfillment in that way. .
Today this process of mind manipulation by estranged souls upon estranged souls continues more insidious and sophisticated than ever because of the modern corporate media's ability to reach into most people's bedrooms, workplaces, and schools 24/7 with exceedingly slick, if not unethical, marketing methods (the selling of neurological slavery).
What makes this more insidious is that the news actors/anchors who read from the scripts in the high theatre misrepresented as "news" (as well as the senators and congress people) pretend (act out) exactly the opposite of what they are really doing. Regulatory agencies such as the FDA, USDA, Forestry Department, National Institutes of Health (NIH), FCC, UN representatives, and even state and local PUCs, end up being the fox who is watching the chicken coop. Political "leadership" having sold out to the highest bidder.
Thus a series of musical chairs has been created between government and industry serving to reinforce the strangle hold that the status quo corporate state has upon the average citizen/slave. Thus not only does the Interior Department, the Forestry Department, the Department of energy (DOE), and the USDA become external arms of the timber, dairy, cattle, food industries. pesticide, petrol-chemical industries, but also so does the manipulation of EMF policies become the victim of the same revolving doors that service the electronic industry, appliance industry, cell phone industry, the broadcasting industry, satellite communications, TV, radio, insurance industry, the military industrial collusion, and the media itself via the FCC Commissioners . Thus the problem has become not only protecting ourselves from greedy corporate polluters and the financial institutions which own them, but also then of protecting ourselves from our own government which claims to represent the people but really represent the very polluters who run these agencies.
An analysis of those who staff the Departments of Interior, Transportation, Forestry, USDA, FCC, DOE, FDA, HEW, DOD, MIH, etc., shows beyond a doubt that the very industry representatives that are supposedly being regulated actually sit as chairpeople on those boards or head these agencies.
Ultimately of course, this is caused by people's programmed incapacity/inability to regulate themselves -- their conditioned incapacity for self government and democracy, then becomes neurologically or psycho-biologically externalized outward as an extension into a dysfunctional social biology and psycho-sociology and kulture. Thus the inability to reestablish one's innate connection with one's inner and indigenous locus of control, then tends to precipitate one's further externalization, objectification of, and dependence upon an ersatz replacement in external loci of control and authority ; i.e., authoritarian personalities, leaders, radical fundamentalism, strong leadership, a need for predictable and tightly structured systems of "order", and taken to the extreme, totalitarian dictatorships. this syndrome is difficult to reverse because the more insecure and frightened the deranged and confused individual, then the more tightly they will tend to cling to the ersatz externally fabricated authoritarian ersatz structures. Thus it is dangerous for other people to disclose the falsity, illusion, or self deceit of this displacement as such will only tend to cause more distress, clinging, fear and insecurity if not anger or aggression in the victim, unless one is careful to amplify the victim's past disowned sense innate order and connectedness.
This slave like condition will not change until people wake up and demand their freedom from those who would regulate them (the aristocracy/technocracy set up by the fear ridden and morally corrupt status quo).
With the widespread sell out of US government "leaders", by a paranoid and greedy elite who have themselves become uprooted from their innate wellsprings of an INTACT communion with living Spirit, manifesting as widespread corruption (painted of course as a moral elitism by the corporate media, a need then has arisen and is being filled by the widespread growth of Non-Government Organizations (NGOS) who have been set up not only to protect people, habitat, ecosystems, future generations, and living systems in general from avarice, greed, power, and ignorance, but people from their own governments.

EMF Warfare, Mind Control and Social Engineering
On the negative end then, it would naturally follow that a wannabe dictator, tyrant, or status quo operant would desire to keep their slaves at bay and disempowered- keeping them dependent/addicted to external directives. Thus disrupting natural and innate neurological energy patterns has been a desired goal of such slave masters of the past, thus subjugating/entraining the slaves to the new ersatz patterns through conditioning methods, so that slaves actually become dependent/orientated to these external signals/beacons as a familiar security base, just as a neurotic becomes accustomed to poisonous habits such as cigarette smoking, alcohol drinking, bad food, etc.
That type of addiction (with its characteristic withdrawal symptoms) is how electronic smog and disturbances can be used as a means to augment external social control and behavior. Well known to most addictive patterns are withdrawal symptoms (often associated with allergies and environmental illness because one has become accustomed to poisoning one's system), where the addict starts to detoxify becoming conscious and somewhat more sensitive to the existence of the pollutants/poisons as they become expelled from one's system (either physically, neurologically, psycho-neurologically or all at the same time. For many such a withdrawal and deprogramming is indeed disorientating (on purpose) and thus is experienced as unpleasant and often alarming and hence many people run back to their poisons at that stage unless they are supported through positive amplification (such as right brain amplification). Since EMF smog is always available as well as state supported electronic signaling devices, very few people make the leap without adjunctive support. such as yoga, tai chi, chi gong, acupuncture, meditation, retreat centers, detox programs, trauma therapy, and so forth.

So not only is EMF smog creating merely confusion and disorientation, as a consequence it is being used to control, subdue, manipulate, confuse, control, and create dependences in targeted populations without their knowledge. Of course its more coarse forms can be used in warfare and in overt mind control as well. Both the CIA and KGB have investigated this in depth this past century.
Stress is a known factor in many diseases, but more than stress disease and death can certainly be perpetuated by heightened emf exposure, where more than the overall energy/aura or life energy is weakened or disorganized, but actually destroyed- wherein the individual is subject to external invasion of disease pathogens of which external mind manipulation is but one such invasion.
As one extreme example we know that electrocution stresses the body and mind to the extreme resulting in death. That is one extreme example of using EMF to kill. We know also of course that a neutron bomb and radioactive fallout can be toxic too. Laser weapons as well as laser surgical technologies exist and can be used for harm or for health depending on the intent and skill. Direct exposure to ultraviolet waves can blind a human, while there exists many other harmful examples of the harmful usage of emfs. In short, EMF technology can be used to harm or heal. We know that EMF's can affect brain waves and vice versa, we can change our brain waves through autogenic training. hence th eability to affect our mindfs both positively or negatively has elctromagnetic components.
There exist controversy on the HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Prrgram) project. The above is a link to the negative. However here is an article that supports the DoD position on HAARP written by some one who welcomes in the apocalypse.
The question then arises to what extent beyond neutron bombs, electrocution, electroshock treatment, torture, or laser and scalar weaponry development are EMF technologies capable of being used to harm people and the earth, and to what extent are they currently being developed in warfare scenarios and or mind manipulation of the enemy (neuro-psycho-physiological manipulation). Although not a pleasant subject (an invisible and insidious outside force that alters mankind's consciousness nefariously), borders on being "scary" or paranoid. Man has built in mechanisms to avoid pain, to numb it out and avoid it, but although such "news" may be "painful", I suggest taking a look at it. Given the fact that such occurrences have already been documented both in the old USSR (KGB) and USA (CIA such as the MKULTRA project), this question must be asked in order to more functionally respond to our present situation. In fcat the DoD spends billions on Electromagnetic Research and development. yearly. Certainly a good part of the DoD research is aimed at preserving the functional operation of it's satellite and global intelligence services (especially its ability to accurately gather spatial information (remote sensing) not only for intelligence gathering but also for military activities, hence the interest in electromagnetic weaponry is widening. .
Free inquiry is essential for free citizens in a democracy in order to make informed and relevant judgments -- in order to guide the future destiny of the nation and its children. If the people are not well informed then the democracy suffers, the voters are not able to make informed and good decisions. Hence a totalitaraian/authoriatrian rule is fostered when people are stripped of essential information in order to make informed decisions. To get back on track, this is the basic core value that a democratic governmnet must protect by the unifid action of all its agencies.
Such situations must be investigated not only as a democratic safeguard, but also if we are to protect our own soldiers and citizens from an external enemy bent on subjugation, just as much as we are intent on protecting our own citizens and future generations from would be private, corporate, or government would be dictators, elitists, control /power freaks, megalomaniacs, the greedy, the psychopath, and/or paranoid.
A ‘white paper’ was published in 1991 by the U.S. Global Strategy Council -- a Washington-based organization, under the chairmanship of Ray Cline, former Deputy Director of the CIA, who maintains very close ties with the U.S. Intelligence community.
The ‘white paper’ describes the foreign and domestic uses foreseen for laser weapons, isotropic radiators, infrasound, non-nuclear electromagnetic pulse generators, and high-powered microwave emitters.
“The term, ‘non-lethal,’ used to describe this technology is
misleading. the energy emitted from all of these weapons can kill
people when appropriately amplified. At lower levels of amplified,
they can cause extreme forms of physical discomfort and
debilitation.The Department of the Army (DA) identifies these same weapons as
"non-conventional." They were so identified in an exhibit at a DA-
sponsored symposium on "The Soldier As A System," in Crystal City,
VA, on June 30, 1992. Beta wave incapacitators were separately
mentioned during the symposium as being particular interested to
the U.S. Marine Corps….
BIOEFFECTS OF MICROWAVE RADIATION
Research into biological and psychological effects of exposure to
microwave radiation is voluminous. The U.S. public has been led to
believe that the former Soviet Union leads in this research. The
fact is, the CIA and DoD [Department of Defense] have jointly
pursued precisely the same research since commencement of Project
Pandora in the 1950's. The current primary users of this research
appear to be the CIA, DoD, the National Security Agency (NSA) and
the Department of Energy (DoE).The Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) has participated
in this research since Project Pandora. In 1973, WRAIR discovered
that externally-induced auditory input could be achieved by means
of pulsed microwave audiograms, or analogs of spoken words' sounds.
The effect on the receiving end is the (schizophrenic) sensation of
"hearing voices" which are no part of the recipients' own thought
processes.The experiment prompted the following comment in "The Body
Electric: Electromagnetism and the Foundation of Life," by Robert
O. Becker, M.D., and Gary Selden (Wm. Morrow & Company, NY, 1985):
"Such a device has obvious applications in covert operations
designed to drive a target crazy with 'voices' or deliver
undetected instructions to a programmed assassin."This research has continued, and the results are published in
various publicly available scientific and technical journals.
Interested readers might consult, for example: Lin, James C.,
Electromagnetic Interaction With Biological Systems (Plenum Press,
NY, 1989). Professor Lin, then with the Department of
Bioengineering, University of Illinois, Chicago, has published a
number of books and articles on this subject. [He has more recently
informed us that he had designed the experiment referred above in
Dr. Becker's book.]WRAIR has more recently been studying the biological effects of
exposure to high power microwave radiation. WRAIR presented a
paper on this subject to a DoD-sponsored symposium on "MW
[microwave] Weapons" at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey,
CA, in mid-1989.A matter of interest to us is why WRAIR should be experimenting
with auditory effects of pulsed microwave audiograms. Also, recent
statements by an Army psychiatrist assigned to the Walter Reed Army
Medical Center (WRAMC) suggest that WRAIR may be experimenting upon
select psychiatric inpatients with microwaves. This, too, is a
matter to us.
CONGRESSIONAL OVERSIGHT
The Government's past record of abuses in the area of civil rights
is well documented. Within the past 30 years alone, we have
witnessed the effects of Operations MKULTRA, MHCHAOS and
COINTELPRO.Primarily because of MKULTRA, MHCHAOS and COINTELPRO, Executive
Orders and implementing regulations were published which prohibited
military and CIA domestic covert intelligence operations.
Experiments on involuntary human subjects, and the surveillance
of/collection of personal information on U.S. citizens, except
under strictly regulated conditions were also prohibited.Congressional committees were created to oversee compliance with
these (quasi-) legal prohibitions. We have evidence that this is
not being done. Moreover, where there are laws and, in this case,
no laws enacted, there are loopholes, as well as individual and
institutions who deliberately capitalize upon the existence of
loopholes. Iran-Contra is one of the more blatant recent examples.
Loopholes are also found in government resort to "black"
intelligence and weapons programs, in the use of contractors, and in
the absence of clear definitions of such terms as "national
security" and "national security risk."Executive Orders and regulations which currently limit U.S.
Intelligence activities do not extend to non-intelligence
government agencies or to their contractors. If fact, Executive
Order 12333 specifies that government contractors do not need to
know that their services support U.S. Intelligence objectives.In its report of July 8, 1992, the Senate Subcommittee on Oversight
of Government Management addresses the problem of tracking funds
granted to government-contracted research and development (R&D)
centers. The report notes that the problem is compounded by DoD's
penchant for creating hard-to-monitor "shell" contractors as
disbursement centers for funding programs.Neither shell contractors nor their subcontractors are directly
accountable to Congress. Being beyond Congressional oversight,
they have the license to operate as Government surrogates in
intelligence operations about which, "officially" they know
nothing.In this context, a publication disseminated at DA's "The Soldier As
A System" symposium noted that the Army's Research and Technology
Program sponsors 42 laboratories and R & D centers, employing
approximately 10,000 scientists and engineers. The annual budget
of $1.3 billion is only a small part of overall DoD research
spending.Weapons research, which includes the development and testing of
"non-lethal" weapons, is not governed by laws restricting the
activities of U.S. Intelligence agencies, though it may be presumed
that these agencies contribute to and benefit from such research.
PRELIMINARY FINDINGS
1. The technology exists for the types of harassment and
experimentation reported to us.2. About a dozen U.S. citizens have informed us of continuing
experiments with effects which directed-energy weapons are
designed to produce.3. U.S. Government-sponsored research into the bioeffects of
exposure to microwave radiation is extensive and
continuing.4. The U.S. Government has a past record of having engaged in
mind-control experimentation; and various agencies of the
Government have a record of circumventing legal
restrictions upon their activities.5. Neither Congress nor the courts appear willing to look
closely into "black" intelligence and weapons procurement
programs.6. A number of U.S. Government agencies might have interest
in testing directed-energy technologies on U.S. citizens
under non-clinical/non-controlled circumstances -- DoD, to
test ranges and degrees of "non-lethality"; DoE, to
explore "safety" limits; CIA, to test "mind-control"
